The first is an altered art doll made using a recycled oversized tag for her body, salvaged jewelry bits for her arms and legs, a clay cabochon for her face and repurposed floral pieces.

Thanks so much, Donna, I'm glad you like that doll. I have a fair sized collection of clay faces of all different sizes, some as small as a half inch in diameter and up to about two inches.
Some of them I molded myself with polymer clay or Sculpey or Friendly Plastic. Others I have collected from other artists or have had them given to me to recycle.
The one used here was from another artist and I think I bought it as part of a bunch I found on Ebay.

As always, these are gorgeous! I can't figure out how you got your yellow text on The Height of your Accomplishments....?
Ivey, I took a scan of the original piece of art and then used the jpg version of it in MS Publisher, added the lettering and made new limited edition prints.
